I couldn’t walk properly for 3 days after the leg exercises in the first week.. and I only managed to complete half! This will really test your physical capabilities (strength, endurance, etc), and especially your mentality and will to succeed. I had to take a break after the first week to further condition myself to be able to tackle the program with a smaller chance of injury! Great program.
Just bought the Predator program, and only did 3 workouts. Like it very much so far!
The HIIT training is al what i need. I'm a military member and endurance is needed to do do the job !

As an active duty military member fitness is top priority for my occupation including the pt that we do in the mornings and training its good to find something that that uses just body weight and the endurance oath training plan was the best also including the nution advise to keep you going throughout the day was a crucial step in crating the plan well deserved 6 out 0f 5 stars in my opinion.

The program is nothing less than amazing. It's really easy to understand and really gets your blood pumping. The Tactical Primate guys are also providing really good advise on nutrition.
Ive had a look through the whole PDF and performed most of the exercises to some degree, from a day one outlook I can see this being a very very good fitness program to follow.
