WOD Tuesday Push Day

Workout of the day Tuesday PUSH Day

(Use a 10 lb Weighted vest if you find the workout easy to do)

1.Warm-Up for 10 minutes

(5 low intensity/5 intense)

2.EMOM 10 MINUTES:

- Push-Ups x15
- Parallel Bar Dips x10
- Diamond Push-Ups x10

3.TABATA (20sec intense/10sec rest)

- Wide Push-Ups x3 minutes (120 sec total of Work/60 sec total of rest)
- Archer Push-Up x3 minutes (120 sec total of Work/60 sec total of rest)
- Parallel Bar Dips x3 minutes (120 sec total of Work/60 sec total of rest)

4.TTF

- Push-Ups 2 rounds
- Parallel Bar Dips 2 rounds
- Decline Push-Ups 2 rounds
- Incline Push-Ups 2 rounds

5.Run/Ruck 30 minutes
6.Stretch and Cool-down for 10 minutes
