WOD Monday Legs/Abs Day

Workout of the day Monday Legs/Abs Day

(Use a 10 lb Weighted vest if you find the workout easy to do)

1. Warm-Up for 10 minutes

(5 low intensity/5 intense)


- Burpees x10
- Mountain Climbers x10
- Jump Squats x10

3. TABATA (20sec intense/10sec rest)

- Sprints 10 minutes (400 sec total of Work/200 sec total of rest)
- Jump Squats 5 minutes (200 sec total of Work/100 sec total of rest)
- Toe Touch Crunches 3 minutes (120 sec total of Work/60 sec total of rest)

4. Run for 30 minutes and do Walking Lunges x20 every 5 minutes

(Total of 120 Lunges)

5. Plank for total of 3 minutes

(Do in less sets as possible)

6. Stretch and Cool-down for 10 minutes
