WOD Saturday Arms Day

Workout of the day Saturday Arms Day 

(Use a 10 lb Weighted vest if you find the workout easy to do)

1.Warm-Up for 10 minutes (5 low intensity/5 intense)
2.EMOM 15 MINUTES:

- Parallel Bar Dips x10
- Triangle Push-Ups x10
- Reverse Hand Push-Ups x15

3.AMRAP 5 MINUTES

- 6 Chin-Ups, 8 Commando Pull-ups, 6 Pull-Ups

4. Run/Ruck for 20 minutes doing 15 Incline and 15 Decline Push-Ups every 2 minutes

(300 total reps)

5. Push-Up position Plank 5 minutes

(Do in less sets as possible)

6.Stretch and Cool-down for 10 minutes
