WOD Sunday Cardio Day

Workout of the day Sunday Cardio Day
1.Warm-Up for 10 minutes (5 low intensity/5 intense)

2.Run 15 minutes or Rope Skip 10 minutes

3.HIIT (1 minute intense/1 minute low,moderate intensity)

- Running 10 minutes (Total of 5 minutes sprints and 5 minutes low/moderate tempo)

4.EMOM 10 MINUTES:

- 10 Push-Ups
- 15 Crunches
- 20 Squats

5.AMRAP 5 MINUTES

- Burpee x10, Mountain Climbers x15, 5 Tire flips/15 Push-Ups

6.V-Sit for total of 3 minutes (Do in less sets as possible)
7.Plank for total of 5 minutes (Do in less sets as possible)
8.Run/Ruck 25 minutes
9.Stretch and Cool-down for 10 minutes
