Workout of the day Wednesday Pull/Abs Day

(Use a 10 lb Weighted vest if you find the workout easy to do)

1.Warm-Up for 10 minutes

(5 low intensity/5 intense)

2.EMOM 10 MINUTES:

- Pull-Ups x10
- Mountain Climbers x15
- Chin-Ups x10

3.TABATA (20sec max efford/10sec rest)

- Hanging Leg rises x3 minutes (120 sec total of Work/60 sec total of rest)
- Commando Pull-ups x3 minutes (120 sec total of Work/60 sec total of rest)
- Toe-Touch Crunches x3 minutes (120 sec total of Work/60 sec total of rest)

4.Do 1 Chin-Up every 5 seconds for 5 minutes (60 reps total)
5.Plank for total of 3 minutes

(Do in less sets as possible)

6.Run/Ruck 30 minutes
7.Stretch and Cool-down for 10 minutes
